Don't look at this!!

I know, I know it's far too early and I'm not going to quote how many days there are until Christmas, but I thought I give you a little teaser.

Personalised Chocolate can be used for Place Cards, a nice alternative for Christmas Cards (and an eco-friendly one!) or just as a nice little gift to say Thank You to someone who has done something special in the year.

Okay, I won't mention Christmas now for a while!

Any for those who have seen it, well, just enjoy the catchy little tune ( courtesy of Scott Joplin for those of you who are wondering)

Some yummy and funny chocolate quotes

Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done. (I really recommend this one!)

Life is like a box of chocolates - full of nuts! (I couldn't possibly comment!)

The three best pleasures in life are scratching, sneezing and eating chocolate. (I'd maybe add one more here, but it's a bit rude!)

If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly. (Can't say I ever have this problem)

Seven days without chocolate makes one weak. (Yeah right)

Enjoy!

Personalised Chocolate: Some interesting, but perhaps little known facts about Chocolate

  • Eating chocolate was introduced in 1674 in the form of rolls and cakes, served in the various chocolate emporiums.
  • Did you know one chocolate chip gives the average adult enough energy to walk 150 feet. That means that to fuel yourself for a hike around the world, you'd need almost 900,000 chocolate chips (Yum, Yum - it might be worth doing all that walking if I get to eat all that chocolate!)
  • Chocolate contains phenylethylamine (PEA), a substance your body manufactures when you're "falling in love." That's why so many people have considered chocolate an aphrodisiac. (Any excuse..)
  • Chocolate contains antioxidants which may help prevent cancer and heart disease. Good health benefits. (Noo, that doesn’t mean you should loads of the stuff! Everything in moderation).
  • More than 2000 years ago Mayan Indians in Mexico and Central America used ground cocoa beans to create a drink. Before consuming the beans, they used them as a form of currency. (I think that’s where the Magnum Choc-Ice came from too!)
  • In 1875, Milk Chocolate was introduced. After over 8 years of experimentation, Daniel Peter of Switzerland created this concoction. (Ooh, just think of all the mixing spoons he got to lick with all that experimentation!)

Used in Goal Setting

My good friends Karyl and Chris recently held a goal setting session with their Arbonne business associates.

They commissioned Wrapped in your own Words to design a wrapped that could encompass the goals to be set and the time-line by which the goal was to e achieved. The chocolate was the reward!
Hmmm, wonder how long I would have held out for......
